Same thing happened to me. I clicked into the Disney app, then it shut off and never came back on. It’s fully charged, I’ve held down the start button for 3 seconds, both buttons, tried everything. Nothing.
Mine worked for about 48 hours, with about 2 hours of use. Now it will not power back on. Battery is fully charged. Unit will not respond at all. When I click the battery in place, the device does not power on.
By way of update: apparently NEITHER of my batteries were charged. I was plugged into an outlet that had no power and did not realize it. (I promise; I'm not as dumb as I sound.) Batteries charged; everything is working fine.

Have you turned it on yet?
If not, turn it on. If you have, then try charging it for a few minutes, and then turn it on. If that doesn't work, contact the Official Apple Support Team and tell them what's wrong and what you've done to try to fix it.
If you don't mean that it isn't working at all, and there is something in specific that isn't working, please specify exactly what happens when you put it on.

Force restart Apple Vision Pro
[You should force restart Apple Vision Pro as a last resort and only if it's not responding. Don’t force restart your device if you're updating visionOS.]
To force restart Apple Vision Pro, press and hold the Digital Crown and the top button at the same time. Keep holding the Digital Crown and the top button until the screen turns black, then let go.

I have experienced this problem. After being shut down Vision Pro does *not* boot no matter long I hold down the button, with or without holding down the Digital Crown as well. It does, however, restart successfully if I disconnect and reconnect the battery.
On shutdown, the Vision Pro takes a few seconds after lights out to finish. Pressing the button will not power it up while this is happening. I'd wait about 30 seconds.
To power on, only hold the button down for 3-4 seconds. Longer than that will put the device into a diagnostic mode (may show an image on the front screen).

You otherwise haven’t said what’s not working.
Sounds like the whole device isn't working. Probably a dead unit.
