Need to print Keynote presentation in portrait mode from iPad... impossible???

I created a presentation in Keynote on my desktop, in portrait mode. The presentation displays correctly in portrait mode on both desktop and iPad, but I can only PRINT the presentation from the iPad in landscape. Is there a fix for this? I've been through every setting I can find, but haven't found a solution.
