Cannot Send Mail

I am trying to send an email from my iPhone 11 through my icloud account and a notification pops up saying "Cannot Send Mail" "The user name or password for "iCloud" is incorrect".

I had not changed anything in the past 6 months.

I have tried on WIFI and off WIFI.

I have restarted the device.

I have now changed my Apple ID password.

Still not able to send emails.

The error is always “Incorrect username and password for iCloud” I have changed my appleid password few times but it doesn’t help. As soon as I go on iCloud.com the I can send emails via the web and this is the only way for the last months. Really annoying! Any suggestions? regards

Unable to send email from icloud Account on iPhone & Mac Hi, Roughly a month ago, I started receiving a message saying that my username or password for "iCloud" are incorrect, with either OK or settings button. I tried signing out of icloud, and changing my iCloud password, however this hadn't resolved the issue, so I tried restoring the phone. I also recently (just over a month ago) purchased a 16-inch MacBook pro, which is also expericing the same thing. Given that I can still send email through the icloud webmail, I'm not completely stuck, but I dare say I'm going to have to contact Apple support, but thought I'd just post this up in case anyone has any suggestions first.

Unable to send email from any apple device All our devices are now having issues with different email addresses where it is telling us the password hasn't been entered. Or can not send emails because the sender address is incorrect. We have updated all devices, deleted and reinstalled all affected accounts but are still having issues. Can anyone help?
