Apple Vision Pro order cancelled involuntarily

On January 19th I went to a Apple Store in a city I was visiting to pre-order the Apple Vision Pro. They gave me an Iphone with Face-ID to sign into my account and place the order. I paid for the order and got the email saying it was being processed and received no further emails indicating there was any problem with my order. When I went to upload my prescription for the Zeiss Optical Inserts the link forwarded me to an order status page indicating my order had been cancelled the day it was place. I did not cancel the order and no one in Customer Service, 2 different Apple stores, or Sales can tell me why it was cancelled other than some information needed verification but no one knows what information that is. And no one in any of those departments can re=submit the order for processing. I went to another Apple store and they would not let me use a Face-ID device and they said they had no way of facilitating a Apple Vision Pro order at the store. I've spent 3 days and approximately 10 hours trying to order the headset and no one seems to be able to get it done. My order number, is attached to this account and should be readily available to be re-instated. I checked with my Credit Card Company and they said no charges were declined by them.

call 1-800-MY-APPLE to see if you can be assisted with this. Does your credit card show you were charged for it? It usually doesn’t get posted as a charge until shipped or picked up. if somehow you were charged, Apple can certainly check if one was activated/set up under your Apple ID.


Nobody on here can help you with this. You might need to try ordering again. I’m sorry this happened.
