Apple Fitness Plus streaming/airplay issues

My healthcare insurance provider recently added a free monthly subscription to Apple Fitness Plus as a benefit. For a few years previously, the benefit was a free subscription to the peloton app. I welcomed the change, but have not been able to successfully stream/airplay/screen mirror, etc. the Fitness plus app on any of my devices, except my teeny tiny iPhone screen, which is not cutting it. I have almost all apple products, but there is no way to successfully watch the Fitness plus app on any of them. This is beyond frustrating. I have an iPad Air, apple TV 3rd gen, and MacBook ...all of which are either too old/outdated or do not support a way to watch the Fitness Plus app on a bigger screen like my iPad or TV. Why apple?!? Don't you want people using your fitness program?? Not everyone can run out and afford the latest and greatest apple product every year or few years. I like the fitness plus app and the trainers, but it's not worth it trying to watch this on my small iPhone screen. I want my peloton app back, where I was able to watch it from any of my apple devices or my TV. Why can I do this with the peloton app and not fitness plus? You're basically running off existing and potential subscribers of the fitness plus app. Such a shame.
