"My Number" field is blank in Settings app in Settings > Phone section

Hi, I recently reset my phone and erased all data along with it I deleted my eSIM. Now, after setting up my phone. I can't see My Number when I go to Settings --> Phone. When I tap My Number nothing happens. Also, there is a error when I try to add my phone no. to my Apple ID. It shows that the phone no. cannot be used for iMessage and Facetime. When I go to iMessage settings I don't see my phone number in Send & Receive, only my email address for Apple ID exists. I tried resetting, rebooting and all other methods. Nothing got my anywhere.
