I got a black MacBook Pro case for Christmas, but it was supposed to be clear. Can I exchange it at the store, even though I don't have a receipt?

Did you get it as a gift? If so, you can ask the gift giver to make the exchange for you. Apple does have a 14-day, from the purchase date, to return an item for either a full refund or a replacement.
Did you purchase it from Apple, or an Apple Authorized Reseller? If so, you may still be able to obtain a receipt in order to make the exchange.
If it was bought from Apple or an Authorized Apple Retailer, returns should be available.
If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can request a return through Order Status. For eligible iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch and third-party products, you have up to 15 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.
it was bought from Apple it’s the incase 13” hard shell case so it’s not an Apple product but I’m pretty sure it was bought from Apple
