AirPlay/Screen Mirroring not available since installation of IOS 12.5..7

I have tried all iPad clean up actions e.g. cleared cookies, cache & history and I at Control Centre there is no mention of AirPlay OR Screen Mirroring.

Prior to installation of IOS 12.5.7 I had access to my AppleTV from my iPad from YouTube, Netflix, BBC IPlayer none of these services are available.

The software on my AppleTV is at the latest level and at present my

version of IOS 12.5.7 is the latest.

When will Apple provide the necessary IOS software upgrade for users of version 12.5.7?
