If your iPhone is running any version of iOS 12.5, it can not be an iPhone 6S. Instead, it has to be an iPhone 5S, 6 or 6 Plus. Neither can be updated beyond iOS 12.5.7.
You don't have a 6s, you have a 5s, 6, or 6 Plus. iOS 12.5.7 is the end of the road for these models.
