My one month old iphone 15 pro lens looked perfect but when i smudged the camera w my fingerprint scratches showed up, i have never dropped nor put the phone near any risk of scratching, should i go to apple?

i dont think these scratches are user damage though, it only appears when smudged, if not its flawless
You're welcome to get it fixed but it will not be covered under warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not user damage.
