Getting weird MacOS threat notifications

I'm suddenly getting notifications that my Mac is "infected" I know this is usually a sign there is some malware on my machine.

Any idea how I can get rid of it? See attached

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.6

It a scam; ignore it and stay away from the site if you can.

No scan can be done as fast as what pops up on your screen, and all they want is your money to buy a product you don't need..
