I never received the requote for my AirPods service
I have sent the airpods for repair as there is muffled input /No input to microphone. I see the status as repair is on hold and requote is in progress. I never got the quote to the email. Nor I am able to view it. I have been checking multiple times on the website as well. There is a button to open "See new repair details" but that is showing as "The original repair options are no longer available"
