After upgrading from big sur to Ventura - my Mac still wakes up at same time as before - I thought you could not change wake up settings with Ventura

Sorry, I never know the answer when a question includes why Apple does something. They rarely if ever publish information about that.
Don't know the answer to the second question either.
Thanks - why are they making it so hard for normal people who don't know anything about Terminal?
On another note , when I was with Big Sur - my Photo app accepted all my pics transferred from a folder in order - they are all numbered 1.jpeg - to 100.jpeg - now when I import them they are all over the place in new photo album - how can I have then copied in order?
