Avoiding Two Factor Authentication
I do IT for several small media companies. After several terrible episodes most of the people I help are now trying to avoid Apple's Two Factor Authentication. Three wiped iPads and two wiped iPhones have convinced most of the people to think before they click. Now I have a question, a couple of the people have asked me about getting an Apple card. I understand that to get the Apple card you need Apple's Two Factor Authentication. Can you create say a new Apple ID for the sole purpose of purchasing Apple products with the Apple card but then sign in on those new products with different Apple ID's that don't have Apple's Two Factor Authentication? Since nobody here uses Safari anyway it's mostly Firefox or Chrome. I figure you can. It would be like giving yourself a gift. How about the education discount? A couple of the people have kids in college.
