Family Sharing
Is there any way I could limit my sisters time (or block the app fully) on settings? She has found a way how to not have any limits, when she uses her phone:(

You can review the available Screen Time options in Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support to learn what you can do to restrict usage on your sister's iPhone.
If a specific option is not listed there, you can let the appropriate teams at Apple know you'd like to see it in a future release by providing feedback here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
