Beats Studio pro 2023 static noice in left ear (with anc)

Also having this issue after owning a Beats Studio pair for 3-4 months. I take care of them so delicately, so it is hard to imagine that I somehow have hurt them. They have never gotten wet, dropped, or similar as far as I am aware. They were so expensive for such shoddy quality. I had to turn off the noise cancellation on them to get the right ear piece to stop making white noise.

I had this problem but it was super weird because it only happened when I lay down in my car and put my head right against the chair but when I got up its gone. Maybe a certain material caused the static for me?

I’m having the same issue. I bough them at the end of last year and the noise started now, March 2024. Is in the left ear, but is so consistent that gets to be painful.

Same problem. I hear hissing in the left ear when playing music at low volume, via Bluetooth. When I use the wire, the hissing is gone.

They probably just gave you a new pair - which will probably only last as long as the first one did.

I have beats earbuds and was having the same issue. I connected it to a different device then went back to the original device and the issue was resolved

I don’t think there’s a solution to this. I’ve tried almost everything. The issue is on my right year.

It’s frustrating to listen to the static sound while listening to music.

I replaced mine after 3 weeks as I thought it was just the unit that was damaged, I received new ones but I still face the same issue, apparently the only solution is to not use transparency or anc but that’s extremely stupid. Does anyone know any solution or adjustment for the left microphone to reduce this incident?

Exactly what I’ve been telling the technicians. Sounds like subtle white noise, but it has to be at a very high frequency because my ear hurts ridiculously when I use it. One day I used it on zoom and IDK if is the way the zoom audio is, it was tapping in the ear like pulsating tinnitus, took the headphones out and was gone. It was only the left side. How is that we all have similar experience, all the left side and they still act clueless. If you check forums like this for the other products, the different types of AirPods and the beats earbuds, all of them have many clients saying the same thing and all are in the left. Is insane that Apple keeps ignoring it.

This was me as well, but I saw something on the internet saying about the paper on the very outside of the bud sitting on top of the sound system. if you take the rubber protector thing off and somehow remove the paper (probably without irreparably folding it in half like I did) and reattach it somehow, then, as it did for me, the problem should go away. the finer technical points and the overall how of this is somewhat missing, but as a baseline starter which no doubt somebody with more skill and professionalism than me can help with and enhance, it worked for me. 🙂

Same problem and some. My Beats Studio Pro was an expensive gift for my wife and these things hurt my ears and my wallet! Since day 1 (which was 30+ days after purchase, so no return, because they were a gift) they make a pulsing pop noise constantly in the right ear and fuzzy hissing noise from the left ear. Now they constantly pause during music and disconnect during calls. It happens every 2-5 minutes during use. I recently converted to Apple and have buyers remorse for ALL APPLE PRODUCTS (Mac Book Pro, IPhone, Apple Watch, AirPod Pro) after being scammed on these beats.

Where did u get this done with no cost? My first pair they put an 89$ hold on my card that they never returned and they are trying to do the same with a brand new pair but I’d just assume to buy another brand before I pay for them yet again. My first pair ended up costing 259$ after repair and not getting my money back and I’m not going that route again considering they only lasted about 8 more months after that.

I’ve been recently having this same issue. I purchased my Beats Studio Pro headphones in the month of May this year and about 2 weeks I have been hearing this static sound coming from my left ear when in Transparency Mode and won’t go away despite what it is connected to.

have you considered selling them as soon as they're replaced so you can get a better pair of headphones. I was choosing between Bose QuietComfort Ultra and Beats Studio Pro. Ended up with the latter because of the apple care plus :(

I don’t know if anyone is still having this problem but I was having the same problem with the noise cancellation feature straight out of the package. I was like this can’t be right these are brand new. These are the first pair of beats earbuds I ever owned so I did all the troubleshooting tips to try and fix the problem to no avail. I was like let me google and see if I put them in my ear correctly and come to find out the wasn’t in correctly such a foolish thing on my part but I saw how they was supposed be inserted in your and once I corrected the static in the left ear stopped. I no longer hear static maybe it will help everyone else like it helped me.
