My iPhone's camera doesn't work or Face ID

ISmaelroberto, OK well if your Camera is not working that explains why your FaceID is not working. If the Camera App doesn't come up at all you may want to contact Apple Support and have the iPhone looked at see what options are available for repair. See this Apple Support page on Repair.
