I lost my iPhone 13, the police said they wouldn't help. I have all the documents on my phone, I don’t remember the icloud information (I created it in a hurry). Can Apple help me at least lock the phone or write “Return to owner” on the screen?

legally they can't get further involved in tracking products they sold to customers, even at customers request
