macbook air screen jumps to left and resets page

Hi all! I have a MacBook Air and no matter if I'm on Chrome or Safari, whenver I'm on any page, every 20-30 seconds the screen will shift to the left (kind of a jump) and then jump back to full screen, but during that time I'm not able to keep typing and everything resets after it jumps back to full screen. So if I'm watching, say, an Instagram reel and it does this, it will reset the video reel to the beginning and I have to start over. It does this screen jump every 20-30 seconds and it seems like it's getting worse. It doesn't matter what browser I'm using. I will try to attach a video to show what I'm talking about....ok it doesn't look like it will let me upload a video, so here are two screenshots....the first is the regular screen I'm on and the second pic is a snapshot from the video from where the screen jumps left. It does it really quickly and jumps back to full screen, so I can't see what that half screen is that comes on from the right. Please help! it's driving me CRAZY!!

Remove the keyboard membrane and retest. It's old and warped and may be brushing against a key, or combination of keys, that causes the issue.

It may also be a graphics card problem.
