After adding a co-owner and participant to my Apple Card, I am unable to see the participant's transactions. Balance is correct.
After adding both a co-owner and participant to my Apple Card, I'm able to see the co-owner's transactions but not the participant transactions. I have tried, based on the community and Reddit:
- Remove all cards, reboot, re-add multiple times
- Sign out of iCloud on all devices and sign back in (including removing the card first, then through this process)
- Noted that the same behavior exists on both my iPad and iPhone
- Monthly transactions have not yet cycled so I can't see if the statements also don't have this information yet, but this is less than helpful since I reconcile my account just about every other day
- Opened a ticket with Apple who responded, "We submitted an escalation request and confirmed that Apple has received reports of this behavior and is investigating. Currently, I don’t have further information about when this issue may be resolved. I appreciate your patience while we continue to investigate." - I'm not sure if this means they will close the ticket or advise when they find the root cause. Other posts indicate issues and no resolution from Apple so I don't hold out much hope, especially since tickets for this go back more than a year (on Reddit)
