After adding a co-owner and participant to my Apple Card, I am unable to see the participant's transactions. Balance is correct.

After adding both a co-owner and participant to my Apple Card, I'm able to see the co-owner's transactions but not the participant transactions. I have tried, based on the community and Reddit:


  1. Remove all cards, reboot, re-add multiple times
  2. Sign out of iCloud on all devices and sign back in (including removing the card first, then through this process)
  3. Noted that the same behavior exists on both my iPad and iPhone
  4. Monthly transactions have not yet cycled so I can't see if the statements also don't have this information yet, but this is less than helpful since I reconcile my account just about every other day
  5. Opened a ticket with Apple who responded, "We submitted an escalation request and confirmed that Apple has received reports of this behavior and is investigating. Currently, I don’t have further information about when this issue may be resolved. I appreciate your patience while we continue to investigate." - I'm not sure if this means they will close the ticket or advise when they find the root cause. Other posts indicate issues and no resolution from Apple so I don't hold out much hope, especially since tickets for this go back more than a year (on Reddit)

For the co-owner, I do get a notification and see the transaction in the scrolling current list. For the participant, no notification and no entry. The monthly doesn't show the participant either (the monthly link below the scrolling live list), but the PDF statement download does. I had also toggled notifications/show transactions numerous times. I should have noted, my co-owner does see all transactions so I take her phone every couple nights to do the reconciliation.
