Health records not reflecting in Apple health

I was trying to setup Heath records on my iPhone with the latest os. Although for some reason, even after following the complete step by step guide provided on Apple support to setup health records for vaccinations and blood reports, I am unable to find the health records option to start with .

I have tried rebooting the device multiple times, cleared cache and restarted health app although the summary not the browse page has the ‘health records’ option.

would be great if someone could help out!

You should be able to find Health Records by taping on your icon in the upper right corner of the screen. It's then the second item under "Features". Tap "Add Account". This will allow you to add your account with your doctor or hospital to the app (assuming they allow that).

If you bought your device abroad or unlocked, it’s possible it was set for another region.

Health Records are only available if the phone’s language and region settings are in the USA, UK or Canada.

To check/change settings, go to:

Settings>General>Language & Region (Below Date & Time)
