hi my iphone got locked out security,ony option is to reset or erase iphone but i dont want to coz i dont wanna loose all those data thats on my iphone...im not sure if i can retrieve the info back after when i erase my iphone..pls help
You have no choice. There is no way to recover content that wasn’t backed up once the phone needs to be restored. Which is a shame, because Apple provides many ways to save and back up content, including several that are automatic and require no attention on your part other than to turn them on once.
Backups must be done before disaster strikes, after is too late.

Yes it does cost and no it is not guaranteed. You will find many users on this forum through a simple search who have tried that method who are in the same situation as they were before and now have less money. It is not a wise idea to be recommending this approach. Many of those companies are just scams with fake reviews on their website that the victims believe.
Any data you did not already have backed up or synced to a cloud service is gone.
Your only option is to erase and restore the device.
It's too late to do anything about it now. You need to back up your data before something goes wrong, not after.
Not sure if you realize that you are responding to a post that is about 9 months old.
Let us know though, when you are able to access the data on your iPhone 11.
If you reset or erase you will lose everything & it will restore to factory settings. If you have backed up prior to this issue occurring you can restore your data from the back up. Apple will not remove the security lock. However data specialists are able to retrieve data up to an iPhone 8 at this stage. It will cost you but it’s an option. Yes, Apple want you to back up automatically to iCloud to avoid this issue - which for most is an added monthly cost depending on the amount of data being backed up. I refused to erase my iPhone 11 and will wait as eventually there will be an answer.
