Unable to connect iPhone 13 mini in any way to internet
Hi, I have been unable to connect my iPhone 13 mini to internet by cellular service, or wifi, or bluetooth. What I am trying to do is erase my phone, but need to turn off "find my iPhone" in order to erase the phone. Because I don't have internet connection, I'm unable to turn "find my iPhone" off.
When I use bluetooth, it connects a portion of a second and turns off. Wifi shows that it is connected, though sometimes will say something about not being connected, and has an orange exclamation mark. For cellular service, it shows connection but cannot pull up web pages properly either.
For both wifi and cellular service, I can sometimes retry until a warning page comes up saying that the site may be trying to impersonate the real site. I can ask it, sometimes after multiple tries, to open a normal site like yahoo, etc.
The phone was previously erased of all settings and content. I put on my information, but didn't really use my phone. It may have been since I requested a service to unlock my iPhone that this problem started--I'm not really sure because I wasn't using it. Now my phone shows the cellular bars of service and says it's unlocked for any carrier. I can even force a website open, but I still connect get proper connection in any way so far.d
