When I open Bluetooth on my iPhone 14 Pro Max to find my AirPods and see if their connecting (sometimes they don't for some reason) and there is a random "accessory" connected to my bluetooth. I don't know where it came from or how to get rid of it. What do I do?

With the lack of any suspect app, it may be worth temporarily turning off Bluetooth to determine what, if anything, no longer works.
Do you have any recently acquired LED bulbs? Light strips? Medical device? New vehicle? Such devices sometimes connect to Bluetooth via an App specific for that device.
If the device required you to download an App to setup the device, I believe the Bluetooth connection can only be removed by deleting that particular App.

About Unrecognized Bluetooth Devices:
It's probably something sitting nearby. If you are close to a window, maybe it is your neighbor's device on the window right next door?
That's the thing though. I don't have neighbors close enough to cause a device to show up and it just popped up randomly a couple days ago.
I got a new medical device but haven't turned it on and it doesn't work properly. That might be it, but its still weird that it connected and I can't get it to unconnect.
🧐I didn't download any new apps. I did try an old pair of earbuds, but the battery on them was dead and they would pair under a different name.
