Transaction declined card replaced
A transaction was declined. Card number replaced. So now I can't use my Apple Card in iTunes

Apple Card has 3 sets of numbers. You can only see 1 complete set of numbers, the virtual numbers. That is the set an Apple Specialist changed. You can change that number too, in the Apple Card in you Wallet app on your iPhone.
You need to add the new numbers in your Apple Account.
