Shortcuts are not deleted

Hello. I created website shortcuts on the Home screen from Safari application some time ago. I recently deleted the shortcuts because I didn't need them. After restarting the phone, the shortcuts reappeared. And so it happens every time. They are not displayed in the storage. How can I get rid of them? Thank you.
