Unfortunately, it is too late to enter the correct passcode, even if you know it.
It is not possible to reset your phone and get things going again without first erasing the data on the phone. If you have a current backup of the phone, you can use that to restore your data.

This happens when you enter the wrong passcode too many time. If you are being told you can wait x amount of time to try again and you do know your passcode, wait the required time and enter the correct passcode. If you don't know the correct passcode, you don't have any choice but to erase your iPhone using the directions in the related article link at the top of this page. Assuming you've been backing up your iPhone, you'll be able to restore your iPhone from your backup. Those are your only options.
