Following the advice in this article (If the screen isn't working on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support), the next logical step would be to contact apple support, which you can do here - https://getsupport.apple.com/products.

The article does also say to remove any screen protectors on the device first, but im doubtful that will be of any help.
