Connecting Z-5500 to MAC STUDIO M2 Max with Optical Cable?

Years ago, I bought the Logitech Z5500 surround system, until now I use it with an windows pc.

I am getting a mac studio with M2 chip this week.

Does anyone was able to make the Logitec Z5500 working with mac studio.

I don`t really want to quit at my Logitech. I am thinking that might be a solution for my problem and the first place to ask should be here. Does anyone manage to achieve this ?

Thank you.

As you should know the Mac Studio Max does not have an optical port of any kind. Therefore you would need some kind of adapter that has an optical port. A quick search on Amazon came up with this possibility.

USB to SPDIF/Toslink & 3.5mm

Note that it also includes a USB-A to USB-C adapter

I know that MAC STUDIO doesn`t have any optical port this is why I ask, sorry if formulate it wrong.

Sadly Amazon is not an option in Romania. But now i got the point.

What i was try to avoid is buy 3-4 adaptors to find out one that is working !

So this is why I open the topic ! For a direct model that is tested and working.
