Running Apple Diagnostics won’t startup or work

I am trying to run an AppleDiagnostics with my Iphone14, I have turned the phone off and get to the Apple diagnostic screen after holding down the volume buttons and plugging in lightning cable, the screen comes up and it asks me to choose an internet network and I sign in with my password. I press the start button for the diagnostics process and the next screen says “how can we help you?” Or something similar to that and links me to Apple.com/support and gives me a bar code with a number

and doesn’t run a test at all. What does this mean and what do I do to run my diagnostics in my phone correctly so it can tell me if my phone is okay? I dropped it and it seems fine but I wanted to double check. Why is this happening and why is not working? What do I do? Thanks for any answers or help.
