Google Play is the Android App Store. You cannot add the Android App Store to an iPhone, you cannot run Android apps on an iPhone.

What exactly are you trying to do? What does Google Play have to do with your Apple Account balance?

Or do you mean Google Pay as in Google's payment platform?
