where are my iCloud mailboxes?
In the latest updates on my apple devices, I have lost all my saved emails in Mail, which were in iCloud. Please help as there is some important information there.

Verify your Mail is checked in >System Preferences>AppleID>iCloud>Show All
if toggled on, try signing out of icloud/AppleID and back in again
