Hello,

See these steps:

  1. Nobody should have physical access to your phone, but you. Sleep with it under your pillow if necessary (not really, that could be a fire hazard, but you get the idea.)
  2. Change the screen unlock passcode
  3. Remove any apps that you don't recognize: Remove apps from iPhone
  4. Perform a factory reset: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

Good luck.

So this is out of control on my end. He's programi g through Phoenix on my IPhone has an accessibility server under system/library/coreservices/accesibilityui.ap. Has quick look available for everything, a shared cache. For some reason it says Resource coalition ID 509. I am lost here and have bought a WiFi monitor and now he's placed a chip in my car. How do I catch and stop them? 4 years running with no relief from Apple or Verizon!!! I am willing to give $2000 just for a name.
