How can I reset iPhone without cellular, wifi, or bluetooth

My phone broke, I got a new one, but need to reset my old one and turn of My Find. The cellular is turned off, the wifi and bluetooth don't work since it got damaged. I've tried connecting it to my computer and doing the reset from there, but It says I have to turn off My Find first. When I try to turn off MyFind, it says it can't verify and to turn on data services. HELP!

Sign in to iCloud.com/find using any web browser on any device, select the device, and click Erase. After the device has been erased, click Remove from Account. This will turn off Find My.
