You can restore your data to another iPhone ONLY if you have a backup created on a computer or on iCloud. If you do not have a backup created anywhere then you have nothing to restore from to another iPhone.

I understand that you are referring to the passcode that is used to get to the Home Screen of your iPhone. You will have to reset the passcode to your iPhone by following the instructions in this guide published by Apple 👉 Reset the Passcode of your iPhone (Without a Computer).  Note: All the data on your iPhone will be erased.

Hopefully, you have a backup created on 👉 iCloud and/or on a computer. If you do then, you can 👉 Restore your iPhone from the backup file once your passcode has been reset and the iPhone has been returned to factory settings by the procedure in the link above.

Retrieving Items Through iCloud

Was iCloud enabled in this iPhone? If so, enable those items in iCloud on your other devices. All would be accessible from within. As an example, here is how to recover Contacts...

Enable Contacts in iCloud Settings:

A. Enable Contacts on an iOS Device:

Enable Contacts in iCloud:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: your name (top item)
3. Tap: iCloud
4. Tap: Contacts (so that it is green)
