Like you would any other computer.
Plug it into a port on the Mac, and look for the flash drive in the Finder under Locations.
If it's formatted in a way the Mac can read and access it should show up there.

If it's formatted in some way the Mac does not understand or cannot read, then you won't be able to access it, but you may see it in the Disk Utility App.
