I would like to know how to share with one other person, my wife, my additional iCloud space for her to back up her phone as well. Can someone help me understand how to do this please?

I purchased extra iCloud space with the understanding I could share that iCloud space for my wife to store her photos and videos. I can’t seem to get the tube connected. Can anyone shed some light on this problem?
