Thank you for your reply.

It seems that the problem is my browser selection (MSN). I have tried using Yahoo (no problems) and Google (no problems).

Today MSN has stopped completely (server can't be found?).

Anyway... I'll continue with other browsers and keep checking to see if MSN resolves itself.

Thanks again.

Hi AlanDeath,

We'd like to clarify what's happening to see how we can help. We noticed you posted in the Mac OS & System Software forum, and mentioned 16.4. Are you referring to 16.4 as a version number of Safari in macOS, or did you mean iOS version 16.4 on an iPhone?

Also, what's happening exactly? Does it appear that Safari is zoomed in, or something else?

The best steps will depend on what's happening and the device you're using, but a restart is always a good step:

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Shut down or restart your Mac - Apple Support
