MacBook Air front facing camera.
I recently bought a late MacBook Air and can't find the front facing camera. Surely they have one. If not, can an external camera be used?

Troubleshooting iSight Camera:
I. Is there a Camera Even Seen? Screenshot of a Mac Without a Camera
A. To Find Out:
B. If no camera is seen....
Get the Drivers:
If no camera is seen, then the drivers went missing, somehow. So, you need to get to drivers. And to do that...
Reinstall the macOS:
Nothing would be deleted. It's just that items that have become corrupted or deleted, would be replaced or reinstalled back to where they should be. Go Here: How to reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery - Apple Support. Important: Be certain to create a backup of your Mac prior to all of this. That way, you can have something to restore from the Mac from, should anything go wrong with the reinstall.

It's hard to see but it's built into the screen, dead centre, top. When its ON a small light will illuminate next to it. To try it out use Photo Booth found in Launchpad.
