Sleep alarm wrong time

I use the same also schedule every day and adjust it based on my needs for that particular day. The default is set at 8:30.

Unfortunately, the watch will alarm at 8:30 no matter what other time I have set. It will ALSO alarm at the time I have set.

When I click on alarms after making the change the night before it, will show the time I have changed it to a scheduled but will still, without fail, go off at 8:30. It is very annoying when I want to sleep later than this.

The alarm that keeps going off at 8:30 is a more complicated one; meaning that it takes a little bit more effort to adjust everyday.

So... It sounds to me like maybe you'd like to just shut that one off since you're using the Clock app to set an alarm regularly.

Open the Health app, click "Browse" in the lower right corner of the screen.

Scroll down to and click on "Sleep".

Scroll down to "Full Schedule & Options" then click on it.

Under "Full Schedule", click "Edit".

Scroll down until you find the toggle for Alarm and shut it off.

Hopefully this will get things fixed up for you ;-)
