Ventura Bug? Frameworks/DAPubCal.framework issue

On boot up, Finder always opens window for /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/DataAccess.framework/Frameworks/DAPubCal.framework/Versions/A

Why does this happen? What does it mean? Is there something missing from that folder "A"?

How do I make it stop?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.4

Good question— I would try signing out of iCLoud and back in again
