I reset my old iMac and cannot accept terms and conditions for a new user.

the accepton button is grey and cannot be activated. What is wrong?

You may be required to scroll to the bottom of the T&C text before you can click the Accept button.

If that does not work, try to use the "Back" button to get to the previous screen and then skip that setup.

Continue with the rest of the installation and then finalize the Apple ID setup once you have logged into your computer.
