I had my account banned from a game I have played for 10 years without warning or explanation , I have repeatedly messaged support asking for a reason or length of ban. They refuse to respond. If I go to my history on App Store and select the game I get “ cannot connect to App Store” is there anything I can do?

If you were banned, that's on the game's owner/developer. It's not a problem Apple can solve for you.
