Is there a way to clear 100s of "Disk not ejected properly" messages

You may also want to try unchecking "Put drive to sleep when possible" if you continue to get these "disk not ejected properly" notices. This option traditionally has been an option in the Battery (laptop) or Energy Saver (desktops) System Prefences/Settings, if it is not there in Ventura (perhaps under "Power" now?), then search for it within the System Settings app.

There is no clear all button. So i have to click the little x hundreds of times. This happens alot (new hub ordered)

Before your new hub arrives, I would mount these drives and then boot into Recovery (⌘R) and then select Disk Utility First Aid for each drive that had the "Not ejected properly" message. Don't use the drives again until mounted via your new hub, or they may be corrupted again.

Have you tried it without that USB hub?
