Will the softwares installed in Mac such as Visual Studio Code, PyCharm, Anaconda Navigator be deleted while signing out the Apple ID ?
I want to have them installed in the system and sign out from Mac and sign in with another apple ID. Is that possible ?

No, they won't be deleted, but you will not be able to update them unless you are signed into the AppleID which purchased them. You can still use the apps without being logged into an AppleID (none of the apps I have downloaded from the App Store have an issue, but there may be some which may require an AppleID).

Losing Installed Items After iCloud Logout:
If purchased from the Apple Store, then they may go away.
Important: Be certain to create a backup of your Mac prior to all of this. That way, you can have something to restore from the Mac from, should anything go wrong with the reinstall.
