Is it possible to listen to my Apple Music playlist when I’m on hold?
To listen to my Apple Music playlist when I’m on hold with Apple or any other phone call ? Seems like it should be easy

"Hold music" is programed and initiated by the firm you call, not your phone. You cannot control what system they use nor their choices in content.
