I went in for a screen repair and the screen came back the same. the screen has a negative strip on the right side. I went in and they told me they were able to solve it and covered with my warrenty. it was already discussed about liquid damage to the keyboard and they was after the screen got like that.... but my MacBook came back the same way I left it.

You will need to address it with Apple or whatever place you had the work done. Apple has a 90 day warranty on parts. We are all other users and are not privy to Apple's processes. So take it back and show them the problem.
