Log into the forum, click the circular user icon at the top right of the window, click My subscriptions.

For your email preferences, click the circular user icon at the top right of the window, click Preferences and make sure that there is a check mark in front of "Following."

You can click on your avatar or user name to get to your subscriptions - here is a direct link:

You should also get an email notification if there was a post in a thread you started.
