Here are two different ways to ensure the highest iOS that your device will support is on your device.

Because Apple no longer makes iOS 14 available. You can, however, update to iOS 15.7.3.
If you have an iPhone 7 you can update to iOS15.7.3. This is the most recent version for that device. You cannot update to iOS14 anymore.
