Unable to log into AppStore on Apple TV

I’m unable to log into app store on my apple TV. Doesn’t matter which household account I use, nobody is able to login and a red dot comes next to the account.

So I am able to log into the accounts, just not onto the App Store.

I’ve tried restarting, login in and out multiple times, updating to the latesr version, using the phone to connect the account. Nothing seems to work.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
